Use requirements

You should ensure that you have the right to access, copy, edit, and manage the libraries and content you import into Shadow. You are responsible for library files, external storage, cloud accounts, and backup strategy.

Compatibility and backups

Shadow attempts to maintain compatibility with common asset library structures, but does not guarantee support for all versions, future versions, or abnormal library states from third-party desktop tools. Keep recoverable backups before writing important data.

Third-party services

When you connect a third-party cloud or storage service, account, authorization, file sync, availability, and fees are governed by that service's own terms. Shadow cannot guarantee continuous availability of third-party services.

Prohibited use

• Do not use Shadow to process libraries you do not have permission to access or modify.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or abuse automation in ways that harm the app, third-party services, or other users' data security.
• Do not use Shadow for illegal, infringing, or third-party terms-violating activities.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow is provided as is. Data loss caused by device failure, user error, third-party service issues, cloud sync conflicts, missing backups, or library format changes should first be addressed through your backups, third-party recovery options, or desktop tools.

Trademark notice

Shadow is independently developed. Third-party product names, marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products are only for interoperability or compatibility descriptions.
